Athlete Development Programme

Our Athlete development program has been running since June 2017. We have had lots of success with the athletes that are currently training on the program. We have professional boxers, Professional MMA fighters, Professional Muay Thai fighters, Triathlon athletes, and junior athletes. Our overall goal of this program is to train an athlete at a certain level, and get them to a level they never taught to be possible.

It’s a process…

It’s a process…

1. Consultation

We provide a FREE consultation for Athletes who wish to take their training to the next level.

2. Assesment

The athlete goes through a full assessment process for their 1st session, this is probably the most important session as this is where we gather the majority of our information needed to design the best programs possible for the athlete’s.

3. Programme Design

The Purpose of the program is to develop the athletes performance in their specific sport. Specificity is a key word here as this is the best way to develop physical fitness for your sport is to train the energy systems and muscles as closely as possible to the way they are used in your sport.

4. Nourishment

The next step is to ensure the athlete gets the correct nourishment they need to perform at a high level day to day. Depending on competition time and dates is what is going to dictate the type of fuel the athlete needs at that certain time. This is a very thorough process which is ongoing week to week.

5. Reassessment

The reassessment process is to ensure that all weak areas discovered on the initial assessment are improving & the scores are improving from previous testing. We find the assessment or reassessment is also a great time to gain valuable information from the athlete like how they feel day to day, sleep patterns, nourishments, stressors or over-training.
