The reassessment process is to ensure that all weak areas discovered on the initial assessment are improving & the scores are improving from previous testing. We find the assessment or reassessment is also a great time to gain valuable information from the athlete like how they feel day to day, sleep patterns, nourishments, stressors or over-training.
