Online Support Group
You’ll join a group of like minded people who face similar difficulties and have similar goals. You’ll motivate each other, share recipes, experiences, workout ideas and make new friends. #youarenotalone
Coaching Throughout
We are 100% committed to you. We’ll be there for you throughout the program to motivate and assist you. Ask any questions about nutrition, planning meals, organisation, shopping lists, more healthy recipes, ingredients, specific exercises, additional workouts, whatever you need.
Tracking Tools
Meal and workout sheets will help you keep track of your progress. It’s a very easy ‘tick-a-box’ system. Fill it in diligently and you’ll learn a lot about your habits, your body and what works for you. After 6 weeks you won’t need any tracking tools no more
