During your consultation you will meet your dedicated coach and you will chat about your hopes and expectations and decide on the best plan of action for you. You will undertake our full body composition screening test and agree on the training schedule that suits you. Your fitness and quality of movement will be assessed next. This is to ensure your safety and your programme efficiency. We offer nutrition coaching as part of the group coaching programme. We will analyse your daily diet and nutrient intake and suggest small tweaks to improve your eating habits, if necessary.

Strength & Conditioning (S&C) is a specialised program combining weight and cardio conditioning training. It’s designed to develop strength, burn body fat, sculpt physique and build confidence associated with strength training. S&C classes have a maximum of 10 participants. Each person has their own individual program tailored to their needs and goals. A company of like-minded individuals creates the atmosphere of mutual support, encouragement and fun.
Long gone are the misconceptions that women who lift weights will get bulky or men will get huge muscles and no neck, we now know of the huge range of benefits associated with strength training for everybody. Our clients Strength & Conditioning clients range from 16-year-old teenagers to ladies and gents in their late 60’s from all walks of life and backgrounds but with one common goal and that’s to get fitter and healthier. Functional strength training is for everybody!
Our expert Strength and Conditioning coaches design our programs so each day we have a different WOD (workout of the day ) and ensure each class is always challenging and different to keep the body guessing .
Classes are suitable for all fitness levels and can be progressed or regressed depending on your fitness level.
Our S&C coaches Stephen McDonald and Adam Hennessy have extensive coaching experience. Stephen qualified as a Personal Trainer and has and is a Qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach from the prestigious Elite Performance and Fitness Institute that focuses their teaching program on strength and conditioning training..
Adam is a qualified Personal Trainer and is also a Qualified S&C coach from the highly regarded KG Elite institute.

It was so much fun and so effective that she decided to qualify as a Zumba instructor and help others discover the benefits of fitness dance training.
Firstly, Zumba dance fitness program is suitable for all!
It can be modified to an easier entry level or a lighter recovery training, or progressed to a high intensity cardio work-out! Dora’s choreography combines dance with compound exercises such as jumps, squats, lunges, burpees or push-ups that can be easily adjusted to different fitness levels. Whatever your game plan is on the day- Dora will set you up for the ultimate work-out.

The BrandX Method is a certification that teaches professional youth coaches how to perfect the basics and lay the good foundation for correct body mechanics and movement patterns. Equipped with the skills and the knowledge of the basics, children become more proficient and injury-free movers.
When the bodies are growing it is imperative to prioritise technique over intensity and moderate weight and work-rate to sustain normal development.
Therefore, the BrandX Method teaches good technique for fundamental moves known as primal movements concentrating on core, hinge, lunge, pull, push and squat, whilst a combination of the age-appropriate high intensity and weight training is designed to achieve optimal fitness and performance. This style of training promotes increased strength and endurance, enhanced bone density and better cardiorespiratory function with no compromise to healthy growth.
Through BrandX method, we not only teach the children how to work out, but how to commit, concentrate, persevere, and motivate themselves to maximise efforts and achieve goals. We can help strengthen any weaknesses and identify and develop special capabilities.
