Meet Stephen.

Founder of PrimalX Fitness and Head of Nutrition Coaching. Hello, I am Stephen. I founded PrimalX Fitness in 2014 with the sole intention of improving the health, fitness and lifestyle of people in our local community.

Over the years I have invested heavily in educating myself to provide the highest standard of knowledge and coaching in fitness and nutrition. In 2019 I committed to nutrition coaching full time to ensure our clients achieve their goals, no matter what they are.
I don’t believe in one-fit-all solutions to fat loss or weight management. I work closely with all members to design a nutrition program that fits within their lifestyle, circumstances and preferences. Our nutrition programs are evidence-based, easy to implement and follow and don't impact on members’ leisure/family life

Meet Adam.

Hello, I’m Adam. I had an interest in sports and
fitness from a very young age.

I started my career in the fitness industry over 8 years ago and I have gained a lot of experience and knowledge along the way. In PrimalX Fitness I am responsible for semi-private and athletes training and results. I believe in the holistic approach to fitness whereby positive lifestyle changes, training and healthy
eating habits go hand in hand. I am passionate for
empowering our members with knowledge and skills
to help them take control of their goals, whatever
they might be.

Meet Michael.

Hello, I am Michael. My journey with fitness started
at a young age and it has never really stopped.

I have competed in soccer, running, kayaking, martial arts and powerlifting. Over the years, I have helped
people to improve their fitness levels and lifestyles.

I found my true passion in fitness coaching and have
decided to become a professional personal trainer. I
never stop educating myself to ensure I always
deliver the highest quality of coaching in training
and nutrition. I believe that personal training is a
generous and genuine act of helping others to
improve the quality of their lives.

Meet Maya.

Hello, I am Maya. I have been doing martial arts since I was seven. Six years ago, Stephen approached me to become a PrimalX Fitness sponsored athlete. My performance in the ring has improved significantly under a watchful eye of the head athlete performance trainer Adam.

I fell in love with fitness coaching when I was an intern here and I have enrolled in the Sallynoggin College to
become a fitness professional here in PrimalX
Fitness. I have since become the group class coach
and members results manager specialising in
strength, conditioning and Olympic lifting training. I
am passionate for sustainable positive changes and
results. This is why I was made responsible for the
highest standards of consultations, assessments and
members results and support.

Meet Liam.

Hi, My name is Liam. I have been doing my internship with PrimalX Fitness to learn more about the Fitness industry and one day become a full time instructor ( Hint Hint ).

I am passionate about helping people achieve their goals and feel a great sense of accomplishment when I watch our clients hit their targets.
