Here at PrimalX Fitness we offer many different programs to suit all fitness levels and tastes.

Personal Training is an Premium service we provide to our clients. Personal trainers create a specific workout plan just for you based on the goals you want to achieve so if your goal is body composition or fat loss we can tailor the perfect plan for you. Here at PrimalX fitness we know everybody is different and that means everybody’s abilities are different when it comes to exercise .This could be anything from simply wanting to improve your aerobic fitness or working on an old injury to post operation recovery to help rebuild the muscles and improve mobility. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all workout routine you’d find in a book or magazine instead we offer a comprehensive fitness and lifestyle plan that includes improving your sleeping patterns and nutrition . The personalised plan is tailored to your goals, needs, and allowances for your current physical condition and medical background.

1. Accountability

Knowing that you are booked in to train at a certain time and that there is going to be a trainer there waiting on you to attend is a great way to keep you accountable. Almost everyone has bought some sort of a gym membership in the past and has had great intentions of using the full advantage of the membership. But the reality is people will find every excuse under the sun to not attend the gym or miss gym sessions (e.g., I’m too tired, I don’t have the time, I don’t feel great today and it goes on and on in an endless cycle and by the end of your membership you are no closer to achieving the goals you set out to accomplish.

Here at PrimalX we ensure clients are kept accountable for their own actions firstly by charging for sessions upfront ( nobody is going to miss a service if its paid upfront ! Right?) and also by having our clients book in classes through our online app so we can track your progress through the app and make sure you are on track .

Most of us work harder in the presence of others as its often hard to maintain high levels of motivation when you exercise alone but having a trainer by your side can provide the encouragement, energy and motivation you need to jumpstart your routine. At PrimalX we believe in encouraging and celebrating progress of our clients so they want to work harder for themselves and for their trainer . Hearing your trainer pushing you and motivating you to give one more rep when you feel like throwing in the towel can be really boosting to the client and ultimately their results .

3. Goal setting,

At PrimalX Fitness our personal trainers will go through the process of goal setting with a client before there is even a step inside the gym, giving the client clarity is one of the most beneficial things a trainer can do as most people think they know what they want but aren’t really specific enough or know how to put a plan together to reach their goals. Our personal trainers will map out your route to achieving your goals using training blocks and monthly reassessments. When the client is giving then clarity and know how long it will take to reach their goal and what it entails is priceless to a client. Many clients would have unrealistic goals in their minds that are not always achievable which would discourage or even disrupt their training patterns so our personal trainers would always discuss what is attainable and what is realistic in an agreed timeframe so you are always on track and smashing those goals .

4. Efficiency

Our experienced personal trainers will make the most of your workout time as we understand many of our clients are time starved due to work and childcare needs or simply have a limited amount of time to exercise so we ensure that you are as efficient as possible in your time spent with us on your exercise program. Our experienced trainers know how to optimize every minute you have available in the gym to ensure the best possible result.

5)Nutrition

A good nutrition plan is the cornerstone of any successful fitness program and as the saying goes you cannot out train a bad diet , We work closely with our clients to deliver a nutrition plan that is 100% built around you and your needs so we take your lifestyle and eating habits into consideration to give you a long term eating plan that will help lead you to long term sustainable habits

There is many personal trainers out there in the industry and what separates us from the masses ? Adam Hennessy is our gym manager and head coach of our athlete program , Adam qualified as a personal trainer in 2014 and is also a qualified strength & conditioning coach
