Our fully qualified and insured trainers will create a personalised program and eating plan to help you reach your goals. Your progress will be monitored and recorded and your program will be regularly revised.

It couldn’t be easier to start. Simply contact us to book a free consulatation. We’ll chat about your needs and expectations and outline the first draft of your program. We’ll make sure it fits in your busy schedule. It only takes about 30 minutes.

Our Trainers are also specifically qualified to work with the following groups

  • Pre and PostNatal Clients
  • Those with reduced mobility or post-rehab clients
  • High Level Athletes

Personal training sessions take place in our fully equipped private gym in Sallynoggin. No hustle and bustle or waiting for machines! Just 100% attention on you and your workout. Semi-private training (max 8 persons) gives you all the benefits of personal training at a fraction of the cost .
Training with friends and likeminded people creates friendly and supportive atmosphere. Classes take place in our fully equipped private gym in Sallynoggin. There are no interruptions or waiting for machines. You’ll get 100% attention and support during your workout.

To get started simply book your FREE CONSULTATION. We will chat about your hopes and expectations and decide on the best plan of action for you.

We will agree a training schedule that suits you. Your fitness and quality of movement will be assessed at your first training session. This is to ensure your safety and program efficiency. We will also take your measurements to track results. We offer nutrition coaching as part of the semi-private training package. We will analyse your daily diet and nutrient intake. We will then suggest small tweaks to improve your eating habits, if necessary.

He will ensure the highest standards and safety during workouts for you and your baby. Our aim is to keep your changing body as strong and mobile as possible for as long as possible.
The pre natal exercise will sets you up for a speedy postpartum recovery. You will feel strong and healthy in your new life as a Mother. Ready to hit the gym in no time!

There are many benefits of strength and body weight training in the months leading up to childbirth:

  • Fewer problems experienced during childbirth
  • Faster post natal recovery
  • Less severe backaches and headaches
