Semi-private Training

Semi-private training gives you all the benefits of personal training at a lower cost. You get to train with and to befriend likeminded people who share the same passion for health and fitness and are after similar goals. Atmosphere during our semi-private sessions is supportive and exhilarating!

Classes take place in our fully equipped private gym in Sallynoggin. There are no interruptions or waiting for machines. You get 100% of the coach’s attention and support during your workout.

To get started simply book your complementary consultation here. During your consultation you will meet your dedicated coach and you will chat about your hopes and expectations and decide on the best plan of action for you. You will undertake our full body composition screening test and agree on the training schedule that suits you. Your fitness and quality of movement will be assessed next. This is to ensure your safety and your programme efficiency. We offer nutrition coaching as part of the semi-private training package. We will analyse your daily diet and nutrient intake and suggest small tweaks to improve your eating habits, if necessary.

Pre & Post Natal Personal Training

Stephen will ensure the highest standards and safety for you and your baby during
your pre-natal training. His main objective is to keep you and your changing body as
fit and as mobile as possible for as long as possible. Your pre-natal training is
designed to set you up for a speedy postpartum recovery. You will feel strong and
healthy in your new role as a Mother, ready to hit the gym in no time. We offer one to
one personal training or a semi-private (max 4 mums per class) training options.
